A Story Time walk is an innovative and engaging way to combine literacy, outdoor/indoor activity and meaningful discussions about inclusion, kindness and friendship. Mikayla’s Voice has created unique interactive Story Time walks based on our books, written and illustrated by kids for kids.
What is a Story Time walk?
A Story Time walk features the pages of a picture book displayed along a path, trail, in a school or community space. As families, students and visitors move from page to page, they enjoy not only a story, but also opportunities for reflection, discussion and connection.
Host a Story Time walk
We invite schools, libraries, community organizations and local businesses to host a Mikayla’s Voice Story Time walk. We provide everything you need including waterproof story panels, lesson guides and discussion prompts to create a memorable and impactful experience for your students or community.
